At Verafied Fitness, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can review the issue and assist with a return or replacement.

Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
